Last night we put up our Christmas tree. We were so excited to see how excited Sammy would be about it. He took one look at it, screamed NO TREE, and went running for the door. We ended up decorating the tree after he went to bed.

I saved his special ornaments for him to put on the tree today. He was excited to see the lighted and decorated tree this morning, and he is very anxious to add his Elmo and Pooh ornaments to it.

Last night, Sam and I took Sammy out looking at the Christmas decorations in the neighborhood. He really got excited to see the blow ups of Santa (Ho Ho), the Grinch, Mickey Mouse, Snowman, and a homemade manger scene with the Baby "Jeebsus" and camels.

This morning when Sam put him in the car to go to school, Sammy started talking excitedly about going to see all of those "guys" that he had seen the night before. Sam told him that they were still sleeping.

Sammy thought about it for a minute. Then he started shouting,"Wake up Baby Jeebsus, Wake up Ho Ho, Wake up camels, Wake up Mickey..."
